pictureframes.comは安全ですか？

The website is good in the sense that it lets you build custom sized picture frames no matter what size you need your frame to be BUT and this is a HUGE but they charge you a $200 oversize carrier charge if your frame has a 50" combined outside dimension without offering alternatives for other carriers that dont charge that $200 fee. The other thing that bugs me about this site is that when you build a custom picture frame the price of the frame doesnt include acrylic or backing... what am I going to need a frame without acrylic or backing for? you need those things to be able to use the frame but their not included in the price.
