Be very wary of this company. They quote a reasonable delivery time on their website, then take your money and take DOUBLE the time to ship the order. If you are in business to satisfy your clients by meeting deadlines, don t rely on this company for your pillows. Never again will I make this mistake. I called and got a very rude customer service person who said that there was no supervisor in yet to help me (this was noon EST), and that she would have someone call me back within 10 minutes. No one ever called back. I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company. At this point it is just bad business. Falsely advertising their shipping practices. Their pricing was higher than my regular supplier, but needed to use my AMEX. Next time I will not wait.
