PlayMe8 removed their game Rooms of Memory from Big Fish Games. When I transferred to their site and was their 2 days 300 of my crystals disappeared. I wrote them several times & each time they said different things happened to my crystals. They changed the reason when I pointed out that couldn't have happened. First they said that I bought & use them, which I didn't. And even if I had bought & used them that would have been a wash. I told them I couldn't have bought anything from their site since they didn't have my credit card information. Then they said I bought them in-house. Each time I point out their error & each time they change what happened. They said someone must have my password. No one has my password! I told them to replace the 300 crystals since it was their mistake & now they won't even respond to my e-mails! Very bad customer service! And, apparently they steal from their customers!
