This is an AMAZING website. It teaches you how to play songs on acoustic and electric guitar, and electric bass! But there is a problem, they have the worst staff ever and the worst support team ever. I've been having a problem with the audio player so I emailed them in December of 2015, no response. I emailed them again in February of 2016, no response. Congratulations Ultimate Guitar Plus! You won the award for hands down, the WORST custom service EVER. >:(

I wanted to test the 3 day trial, but there you already have to give either PayPal or your creaditcard.After that I've tested the site a bit and decided to not use it.But to cancel your subscription you have to go to multiple sub-sites in the support part and hopefully it will be canceled now....THe reason you have to do this is because you can't cancel in your normal account view, it always says "Sorry, service is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later".This is clearly a scam site for people who are not into these things and aren't able to cancel!
