I've placed many orders with Prima Music and they all have arrived very well packed. I use free shipping, so my items are shipped Media Mail, which is not the quickest shipping....but you get what you pay for.
If items are in stock, they are shipped within 1 business day. If items are not in stock, it takes longer (obviously they have to order them).
My only complaint that when I request my password, it's emailed to me in plain text.
