I would give a negative review if I could. I bought a jacket late November as a Christmas present it was too small, two days after Christmas I emailed the company to exchange it. They said their policy is 7 days after RECEIVING it I could have exchanged it. Seems unfair to prey on people at that time of year. I mean anyone buying items at that time of year do not know within 7 days if it fits. All I want is to exchange it for another size, no harm no foul. They could still sell the one I originally bought, they aren’t losing any money. I’d even pay for shipping. But they just refuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are trying the item on or giving it to someone the second you receive it. Because if it doesn’t fit and it’s past the 7 days of receiving it you are out of luck.
