Agreed. Most the WoT users, bless their hearts, do not understand the difference between a provider and a provider's customer. Nevermind the difference between a website and email domain source/targets. The negative ratings should be restricted to only the customer of the provider. Even when you know what you're doing it can be tricky sometimes to tell the difference without some fairly extensive investigation.

I am having a hard time comprehending the low ranking that members to the WOT application basing their ratings on. The comments especially could go a few ways. 1) People are not aware of the gap between provider/host and user. Whereas in this case it seems spam is coming from the users of the platform... not the platform itself. 2) Potential competitors whom are not satisfied with friendly bouts of competition and play on the market. This reminds of a series of complaints that CloudFlare gets in steady flow. All in regards to how CloudFlare is a spammer/hacker, when in fact... It's a CDN and it's network is being mistreated by the End-User. This seems especially the case in the instance that the ProfitBricks site owner and/or those whom monitor specific networks such as WOT are legitimately looking for factual evidence from it's accusers that it is indeed spamming... when again... they are not. Best of continued success to your ProfitBricks. It's a safe site, it's a safe domain, it's a cloud provider and nothing more.

ProfitBricks is an IAAS hoster/provider. I've not received spam from THEM so far with any of my spamtraps. Can't find anything malicous or otherwise offending things on their website. They are also running a https-Website and should redirect to it by default.

Keep in mind, i report sites in WOT if i get unsolicited and undirected advertising spam and/or unwanted Newsletters from this sites directly!

Sorry A440, you are obviously not understand the different between a spammer and the host of the infrastructure. Every cloud company are used by spammer (like amazon!). The different between a good or bad company is the reaction time when someone complains about the spam host and the time to deactivated or ignore them. KISS: If a gangster escape from the police with his porsche car, that is not the fault of porsche. Everyone can use porsche cars, policemen or gangsters. And of course, everyone can use cloud infrastructure companies, also spammer.
