Comment on and rate the offending site and not <providesupport.com>.

So far so good. The reason, i my opinion, why this site may be bad is because people take advantage of the low monthly cost and use this live chat software for bad sites, which may not reflect on the actual website itself. Personally, I think this website is fine, but time will tell.

Many HTTP referrer requests from a multitude of Russian-based "pharmacies" use this URL to draw graphics from when loading their sites.
