prozis.comは安全ですか？

Fiz uma encomenda que foi aceite e confirmada (tenho o email de confirmação), fiquei descansado e seguro da mesma. Quando estranhei não receber a sms para a entrega, verifiquei no site Prozis que anularam, fizeram-no unilateralmente e sem me informar do cancelamento (tal como da encomenda!). Alegadamente, algo se passou com o MB Way, impunha-se que me informassem do cancelamento, visto que tinham confirmado a encomenda, perguntando se queria cancelar ou optar por outro meio de pagamento. A forma de reparar é refazerem a encomenda e enviarem-me um código para ao proceder ao pagamento, assim eu não perco direito a mais de 80€ em desconto. É mais uma daquelas reclamações em a Prozis diz "azarinho", espero que haja algum profissionalismo (e a revisão do vosso procedimento, a encomenda deve ficar "pendente" se não estiverem seguros da cobrança, assim o cliente também pode ficar atento sem perder o beneficio).

But no everything was okay, so I really complain about delivery, conditions, speed and everything else. But pancakes are cool.
