pyramidcollection.comは安全ですか？

After purchasing something via the Pyramid Collection web site (a Christmas gift) I received numerous catalogs in the mail. It is clear that the Pyramid Collection sold my contact information since I began receiving catalogs from companies which I had never heard of. I have made repeated attempts, both by phone and via the Catalog Choice web site, to be removed from their mailing list. My requests are never honored and I continue to receive catalogs from the Pyramid Collection and other companies. This aggressive marketing makes the Pyramid Collection, in my opinion, a company to be avoided at all costs..

I ordered one item about 6 years ago from this site. Even though I have moved twice since then, changed my name once and have not once changed my address at the post office, Pyramid Collection continues to send catalogs addressed to me. It is clear they have NO concern for people's privacy. Their online customer service is non-responsive, and when calling to request my personal information to be removed, the half a dozen people I have spoken to have ALL been rude. They are selling any and all information you give them - they are only one of about two dozen affiliated catalog companies....if you order from one, your mailbox will soon be inundated. And if you have a "junk" email address give them that instead of your real one....dozens of emails a week otherwise. Zero for trustworthiness, vendor reliability, and privacy.
