(QUICKEN LOANS) Just because a company has a AAA rating with the BBB does not mean anything. I have done business with companies which were suppose to be that good and they did way below average work. If a person does not contact and put a complaint in with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) then the BBB will not know that there was ever a problem. So if that company was taken to small claims court or handled through the Bureau of Automotive Repair, chances are the BBB will not know. I have found you have to do your due diligence when it comes to finding a great company. Research it online and see what other people are stating about the company that you want to do business with. When it comes down to it, who cares if a company has been given an award or trophy, if everyone else is stating the company is lousy! An award means nothing if a company is not doing their job properly! What matters is how others have gotten treated and chances are good that you will be treated as they were!!!... This is one place to start: Read many lousy recent reviews about Quicken Loans on Credit ***** (www.creditkarma.com).

I encourage anyone who is going to get a refinance or a mortgage through Quicken loans to go on to ***** and read the over 100 reviews and bad experiences that many people have had before considering this company! I was amazed at how many bad reviews there are and the many rude, horrible experiences the majority of people had to endure. It is good to find out how others were treated and there experiences with this company! As Many Have Put it, "BUYER BEWARE", " Poor Customer Service Experiences", Lied to", Had to pay up front fees and got nothing for it", "They took a long time to do things", "Lost there money", And the list goes on! This was a real eye opener for me. Just because a company advertises on TV does not mean that they are a good, honest company, as I have found out. They make claims and do not live up to those claims, which is FALSE ADVERTISING! To all the many who have had there money taken from this company and were lied to, about many things, I would urge all of you to Contact your government and turn them in! Also you can post to there FACE BOOK page, Put in complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I would go so far as asking the BBB where else you may put in a complaint with this company. There is nothing wrong with this site. Quicken loans is a reputable company based in MI, owned by Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavs. They are not affiliated with the UK company some are complaining about here. I am not in any way affiliated with Quicken; I used to work in the mortgage industry for Flagstar Bank, and know Quicken as a competitor.

Quicken Loans does not do payday loans as referenced in the other comments, nor are they located in the UK. They only do residential mortgages in the US and have an A+ rating with the BBB. Also, JD Power & Associates has given them the "Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Mortgage Origination." There seems to be some very misplaced comments for this organization and this should be remedied. There is no scam or phishing at all.
