rajamand.comは安全ですか？

I received three unsolicitated e-mails from the owner of this site called Pooya Rajamand without sending him my e-mail adress or responding to them. The sender adress appears from ***** which seems to be a social site. I`m not sure of his intensions, but the language is unreadable for me. I don`t want to be rude with him, but the last message was a comercial one where he appears to sell pirated software so, I`m gonna expose his habit. My best guess how he got my e-mail adress, is by colecting Yahoo ID`s from the Yahoo status checker site ***** , where everybody can see who`s status is searched by somebody, and I know a friend of mine who used that site. The last e-mail, he sent to multiple recipients, all having ID`s begining with my ID and all with names specific to my country, so it`s clear he gathered lists with unknown persons` ID`s. This is just not right...
