Thrash it came with a virus and malware soo slow download it takes 1 hour to download my 10mb save game even though my Internet 1gbps it takes a day to finish it not only that the save game came a no says must read me it ask to virus that Web to get pass will geuss what it was a shorten link so it was a virus - _- so I guess NEVER TRUST the website at all cost event hough you wanna get a game for free the buy it.

They banned my premium(!) account after using a VPN to connect to their site (which had silently blocked my IP address, hence it was necessary). Had to complain to their SHITTY support to unblock it, and then they have the audacity to tell me not to use a VPN or they will block my account again. Really retarded support staff. They also throttle premium(!) downloads to a point where you are locked into paying forever if you want things done. Do not support their shitty service.

### DO NOT BUY PREMIUM at Rapidgator ### IT'S A SCAM, and that's why 1. by buying a premium account, they secretly add a term that will automatically re-charge you EVERY MONTH . 2. The Premium is a SCAM. NO FULL SPEED and extremely slow. The average speed is clamped to 500 KB/s and be really unstable [it will move between 100Kb/s ~ 800/Kb/s] ( My network can go 10Mb/s at full speed !!!)

I had membership with Rapidgator and they tricked me, they put your account on auto-renewal and they make it hard to navigate and turn it off.. and cancelling your membership is just a checkbox which is bad user experience and it takes 24hours to cancel it so if your account expires tomorrow it will auto renew it "even after I tried to turn the auto-renew off" and charge you for the whole next month till your cancellation take action. Really bad and they scaam you and your money

The free download experience is terrible, that much is obvious. The premium packages are slightly overpriced and do not offer much value unless you purchase longer term packages. They also have a hidden download limit which if you cross, their system will change your password, thereby forcing you to relogin. The payments, via credit card, are billed on weird descriptors and often not in USD. They also require a phone number verification, which frankly, I believe is unneeded. Overall, use with caution and do not trust them with your original card details if you choose to use their premium. Buy a prepaid card if possible.

Beware. Its misleading about buying a Premium Account. They offer service that has various files available to download at slow speeds, BUT if you pay them a fee (buy Premium 30 Day Account) you get faster download speeds. Isn't that blackmail or at least coercion? READ THEIR SMALL PRINT! 30 Day Account is misleading. It automatically renews every month SO IT IS AN ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION. Even if your intent was to download the 1 file you needed like I did. To cancel monthly charges you must go into their website and find box to check in order to stop them from charging you every month. I immediately canceled their "Premium Account" via their web when I saw the new charge notice from my bank. Rapidogator refused to stop or refund the second month charge.
