I am a seller. When making an account for the first time, I found out the same combination of username and profile picture that I've been using on Teepublic for years--which is how my customers recognize me--was already taken by an impersonator. I reported the impersonator to Redbubble asking them to take the account down and although I expected to be ignored, they actually took it down within a few days. Unfortunately, once a username has been used and the account is deleted it can't be reused, but I still made an account and have been selling there since. I also found two stolen designs from my Teepublic on two different Redbubble accounts, reported them, and they got taken down just as fast. My customer service experience was great because all my issues actually got resolved. I like their mockup and product options, how you can set your own prices, and they're excellent with advertising your products on Google. I just wish they provide smaller images like Teepublic for their mockups, because I've had product images taken from here by scam websites like Printerval.

Their bot blocked me for absurd reasons that I can easily refute. However, their support DOES NOT WORK. I, the author of my works, was called a Fraudster without any evidence. The support seems to consist of bots made up back in the days of the Flash. They give me a ton of strange answers to my specific questions that do not relate to my request, and after all this, I was sent to where they ignored me 2 weeks ago. Just wow. The site is an absolute disappointment.

Bestellung ist rechtzeitig gekommen. Hab ein Poster bestellt, leider war ein kleiner Teil des Rahmens nicht bedruckt (also quasi ein weißer Rahmen ohne Druck um das Poster), stört mich nicht wirklich weil meine Wand auch weiß ist aber trotzdem. Deswegen einen Stern Abzug.

I know other people are saying they were locked out of their accounts, but I haven't been and I've been selling stickers and other merch for months now. Like yeah, the amount of money actually made by the artist is very low, which sucks, but for what it is it really isnt that bad.

I uploaded my very first design, they said it was all good to go; and my account got suspended FOR NO REASON, EXPLANATION or WARNING. It's my OC and not offensive in any way. I'm not the only one this has happened to. Wouldn't recommend to artists nor buyers.

The chances of the account being reinstated are next to impossible, and the Redbubble Content Team will ignore your messages and emails. In other words, good luck trying to convince Customer Support of your innocence. When an account is suspended on Redbubble by ThreatMetrix, the account is immediately logged out and the user is shown the message "This account is no longer active. Please contact Customer Support for assistance." Additionally, visiting the account's shop page on Redbubble will show the message "This account has been suspended. Return to the homepage"

AVOID REDBUBBLE AT ALL COSTS! As a customer: It takes ages before you get your order, sometimes it even gets "lost"! As a seller: They just close your account without ever telling you why, so you can no longer login, but they keep selling your products! Someone should take those fraudsters to court and sue the hell out of them! NEVER AGAIN!

Some orders arrived only after 3 months while estimated delivery was in 10 days, some orders didn't arrive at all and there is no tracking. Even order with "express shipping" didn't arrived. Those t-shirts I received has very poor print quality and don't correspond to provided photos.

as to reading all other reviews, i personally would recommend staying away from the website. there's a whole bunch of spam for advertisement, they steal work, (plagiarism, felony 1), they don't respond to bad stuff, such as nude content or potential and purposely adult content, (felony 2), and they steal your private information, which could possibly be your address, card information, name, and they can steal your cookies due to them owning the website. (felony 3) so in conclusion, do not use the website at all. It violates many laws, and if you have a child and they're watching, get them out, due to the inappropriate images within the website. don't try buying as it could be a potential threat to your life, and privacy. It's also piracy, against the FBI's law, I don't know if it counts as piracy or not, but don't buy from it.

Create new account, already fill and information and payment info, verified it all, post my original artwork. Then get " BANNED ". Its suspicious, maybe they will sell my information. Have no problem with other similiar sites like Society6. Not recommended!

Redbubble is a good site for sharing art, decals, stickers, and shirts. A lot of the stuff you order can be shipped rather quickly and brought to your house quickly. I would suggest this site to anyone who feels the need to spice up "the house". Also it's virus free, and safe.
