However, per HPHosts, the IP is ***** (here). Suspect some proxying. Hidden behind a domain proxy service. As long as law enforcement allows this to happen, it will. Spammers and scammers.

Although rookmedia is rated and recognized as a serious by peers, it is hosting and/or parking potentially fraudulent sites.
As of today, I give them the credit of doubt, but depending on the result of my spam reports, I will correct my rating accordingly.
