rosewe.comは安全ですか？

My mail address is spammed by rosewe.com (and rotita.com) with their newsletters since half a year. I don't have any account at these pages. I have opened a customer support ticket but despite the fast answers of the customer service, they don't stop spamming me. Even today they ask again and again for my mail address which receives the newsletters but they can see in the course of the ticket that I told them several times. No human being can be as dumb as they shine so they are just fooling me around while they keep sending me their newsletters. Don't trust this company and if your mail address is in their mailing list, you never get rid of their spam!

Receive junk from them on a daily basis. Made the mistake of writing to request they stop sending me SPAM, and they "kindly" added my address to the mailing list of several other sites obviously belonging to them (Rosita, Modily). So as well as being filthy, spamming RATS, be warned, they're right A-holes too

I bought a dress from this site, after 5 days, there is no updating of tracking record. I am worried about my parcel and my money, so I asked the service for help. The service asked me to wait for more days since the shipping method I choose will delay the tracking information for some reason. Well, I am very worried and want to ask my money back, but they only accept refund inquiry before they send out the parcel. So I could do nothing but wait. Luckily, the parcel arrive after 2 weeks. The parcel is well packaged with plastic bag. The dress is just what I expected. I am happy that everything goes well at last.

I have purchased a few dresses from Rosewe and the selections were awesome, not to mention great prices. My items were shipped very quickly, sometimes within 24 hours. You won't find these cute and stylish dresses for these prices anywhere else. Trust me, I've looked.This is one of my favorite online stores and I will definitely continue to shop here.
