The collection and use of your information are clearly spelled out but most people just accept the terms. They appear to have no way to opt out of their terms for sharing and tracking your personal information. Product it's self is technically good but make shire you repurchasing the latest release or you will be stuck with a out of date release and no way to return or trade in your older release you just purchased.

Roxio sell very useful software, unfortunately their produce support seems to last only up to the release of their latest update then become legacy, this can leave you in the lurch if your version is not supported by your new operating system i.e. Vista or 7. In my opinion it seems they are too desperate to get you to upgrade, in other words get more money out of you, its a shame as their greed will ruin their once good reputation.
