runkeeper.comは安全ですか？

The app itself may be good but the Runkeeper store is horrible. I ordered a $60 heart rate monitor from there and more than 6 weeks later I haven't received it yet. They shipped it through some obscure third-part carrier that doesn't even provide complete tracking details. To make matters worse, the customer service is horrendous and they keep stalling my requests for a resolution. They told me last week that they would consider taking further action if the parcel doesn't arrive in the next 7 days. 7 days later, I contact them and all they do is ask for an address verification (something I had already done a couple of weeks ago when I first raised the issue). Still I provide them with the mailing address and I haven't heard back from them since.
