The vendor has no idea how to run a secure web site. When I asked them why they sent me a clear-text email that included both my user name and password (completely visible) this was their response: "Passowrds are sent in this format all the time via E-commerce sites, this is standard practice." So they believe that it's standard E-commerce practice to completely revel unencrypted user names and passwords.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience. You were unfortunately misinformed. At that time, we were employing the use of a CMS program that we were told was secure. We were misinformed and I'm sorry about that. Since then, we have employed a very knowledgeable web developer who has been reworking the site fixing the errors and making improvements. Our customer's privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us.
