I don't pretend to understand why trying to click through to rate what, in its Google ad, is supposed to be ***** brought me to this page to review - some kind of advertising hand-off I suppose. Ultimately I end up at my intended site. I can't say anything about this page (s0b.bluestreak.com). I wonder if others clicked on paid Google ads to land here.

This site name appears when choosing the WOT rating symbol next to an apparent listing for ***** on Google.
My rating (being middle ground) is meant to warn of potential danger in this situation. I do not have personal knowledge or experience with the bluestreak site. It's appearance on Google as being Kaspersky warrants caution. Whether this is due to WOT or this site tricking Google into thinking it's Kaspersky is unknown.
