This is a common, generic URL for content hosted in the US-West-2 zone of Amazon Web Services' S3 (Simple Storage Service). AWS is a reputable company, but because they provide hosting for so many other sites, it's inevitable that some bad content will be stored with their services. That shouldn't reflect on or penalize other sites using their services for hosting, though.

You've miss rated this one.According to Hoax Slayer,this is a form of malware called a survey scam.Tom's IS NOT giving free shoes to any Facebook user.They do give free shoes to the needy but don't consider that Facebook users fit that category.
