The site is split. Half is filled with helpful information about bone health. The other half is a really long advert for cd's and bonuses, for up to $300. You have to decide: can you get the necessary information from the main site and the internet and your doctor - or do you need the $300 encouragement. BTW when I attempted to leave the site, it tried a last ditch gambit to keep me on the page and sell sell sell - this is NOT appreciated. NO class.

I have been reading articles off the Save Our Bones site and purchased the Save Our Bones program over a year ago and I am very pleased with the information I find in her book, articles and e-newsletter. After purchasing the program, an update came out 9 months later. I emailed support and asked for just the update. Instead they emailed me the updated *complete* program that was more expensive than what I bought. If you have osteoporosis, you should include this site in your research. April 2011.
