In my opinion, anyone who is in strong disagreement with Scientology simply doesn't know what it is: most haven't read one of L. Ron Hubbard's books or attempted to understand what Scientology really is. I find the site informative, helpful and free. Scientology is the study of knowledge. By applying the information one can learn more about him/herself and others and learn tools to better conditions of life with. I have done so, and am quite happy about it.

Scientology is not a "scam". They will not force you to do anything. If you do not agree with their principles then leave them alone. For those of us that like Scientology, let us do so. I will not complain about what you believe in and make you feel bad about it. This site has ABSOLUTELY NO malware or viruses, spam, hate or discrimination, or misleading claims and is not unethical! Anyone who says so is just making it up to prevent people from finding out for themself is they like it or not. It should be up to the individual person, what they think it is true, after they have their own experience about it, not just hearing the slander from others. It's really not that big of a deal what other people choose to do in their lives. But please they them make their own choices!

This is a review of the site itself One thing that annoys me is that as soon as you go on this site, a video starts playing. There aren't any viruses on this site, so don't worry about that. It explains their odd religion and tries to push it, but you would have to be pretty weak-minded to find it convincing. There's nothing special about this religion that other ones, such as aetherius, or even Baha'i, don't have as well. Just a bunch of "religiony" sounding stuff to try and seem unconventionally "spiritual." That said, they're widely considered to be a money-making scam. Keep that in mind, (as if we would ever be allowed to forget.)

The site is easy to use, informative and creates some feeling of hope that there are solutions to problems. People should check out the site, read the books and material and make their own personal informed decisions about it. If you have a deadly disease that can be cured by penicillin, it's not always smart to listen to the uninformed, ignorant people saying penicillin is very bad for you!!

Truly a cult and very different in a negative sense. Beware of getting caught up in modern version of voodoo and a far out type of philosophy. Main focus is on mind control. Dangerous and not for the weak minded. Intellectuals know the dangers whereas, those with lesser minds could easily be controlled in this environment.

there is a perfectly good site to look at, or yu could take the comments below, form people who really dont want the world to be a better place, many of the comments below are repeat from the same person, but per Scientology practice, you should not take the word of the detractors or the advocates, you should look for yourself. As a final note on the below, i can Guarantee that not one of them has experience of the data, the practice or the commitment to doing good in the world that I have seen from friends and have been able to participate in myself, but if you want one reference that comes from the founder of Scientology himself, that will tell you why we have detractors, then get hold of a copy of "critics of Scientology" and find out the motives of those who rail against betterment activities.

You have to realize this religion is thinks psychiatry is a scam. Psychiatry is under strict scientific scrutiny. They are constantly testing in order to get the most accurate data. No doubt many psychiatric medications get overly prescribed, but they save so many lives in return. These ignorant fools spit in the face of science (a bit ironic). The easiest way to figure out these guys are fool of it is by realizing the huge cost of entry that you have to pay. The funny thing is, according to psychology, if you sacrifice so much to an organization you justify it in your head by thinking it's worth and becoming completely dedicated to the organization. That's why kids haze each other in frats and stuff like that. Supporters are just brainwashed after they are forced to sacrifice so much

I do not follow Scientology's tenets, but I do not want to rate a site badly unless it has: - spam - annoying ads or popups - bad customer experience - phishing or other scams - malicious content or viruses - spyware or adware - Adult content - Hateful or questionable content - Ethical issues So I rate this site as useful ... to those who want to look at the world the way Scientology does.
