Though I haven't had to use them for much, I've had nothing but good experiences with this site. The most recent was a free month due to the fact I had to replace lost credit cards. They also have reduced my monthly charge due to the facts that I am disabled and I don't get much on disability and I couldn't afford their services and had canceled after about three months. They called me after my next payment would have been due to survey why I canceled and after a few standard questions they just asked me straight out why I canceled so I told him. He then offered me a discount but I said that it was still too much. So then he made me a really good offer and I took it and I've been with them every since with no problems and reasonably good customer service. Makes me wonder, just where all of these negative responses are coming from?

Apparently this company needs a farm of at least 34 different domains to offer the "service" of checking your credit score on the 3 main credit bureaus, and this company needs to offer this service through spam email. The spam email fraudulently informs you that your credit score has recently dropped significantly and provides a link to the fake "service". In one documented case, the link when clicked redirected through 3 obfuscated URLs before landing on one of these phishing sites. Do NOT visit this site or provide any personal or financial data. I was transferred to this site for a credit check, from ***** and they wanted $1.00 refundable to get a report on all three credit reporting sites. Well, they took the money and was giving me only one credit site report instead of all three as they had said. I declined, closed the browser and that was that... or was it. Not so, today I see that they automatically took $29.95 out of my checking account.. without my "known" consent and enrolled me in an automatic payment plan, that I again, was not aware of. This is criminal and I'm reporting it to my states attorney general here in Oregon. Take heed... stay away from this criminal website!!
