It ties bogus search terms directly into Google to get "free clicks" on it's site. If I search for a product on Google, and they don't have it, their site will show up anyways claiming they have the product, but all you're really directed to is the equivalent of a 404 page. It's a complete lie that they do this. Pretty much a scam to get people to go on the site so their search engine ranking goes higher.

So my choice is to either enter the untrustworthy Criteo site or let Criteo add its cookies and personal ads on my computer when I use the Sears site..
