This is a very secure and trustable site for moneytransactions (i.e. payments on the net). You can only use the money you putted yourself on the card (account), no loans! Once you received the card you must ad 90 euro on your account before it can be used. This is good for 3 years validity. Then you pay about 20euro/year. Read the conditions of use because putting (upgrade) money on your account, also there are little costs when you make a payment. Anyway, it's worth to have such mastercard (PREPAID!). Yet i use such card for 4 years now and no complaints! Try it.

I use this site and card since many month, all offers are very well. I don't know why people rate it bad. Every one order that card should know:  at start you has to pay the card fee for first 3 years, it's 3 times 29.90 !!! Are you too stupid to read that before ?  If so you should not have this card and should not rate bad here that good site with good service !!!

Have ordered the card myself and was very suprised upset and surprised that the first 90€ charge to "load" and activate the card was in the end only costs!!! The advantage is to have a creditcard which has higher limit then the most prepeid creditcards(mostly 100€ is settled as the highest amount u can charge permonth) but paying therefore 90€ ?! Every bank does nowerdays offer a prepaid creditcard for people who don*t want or cannot have a reguar one, So u better ask ur bank or a friend to borrow his if nesserary. NO GOOD OFFER!!!!!

If you order a card you have to activate it instantly and pay 90€ (!) for the first 3 (!) yearly subscriptions. But: think of it: the cardholders firm has its residence in Gibraltar. And the law of this firm is saying: if the bank goes bankrupt your money on the card is gone and there will be no refund. So I thought: hands off! :-/
