sendgrid.comは安全ですか？

Receiving like one SPAM/phishing e-mail from this company every week. They choose not to receive SPAM reports from ***** (i wish they change this) - same complaint as other reviewer/s here. Sending report to their e-mail abuse@ linking them to a SPAM source code to external site for privacy reason, they refuse to deal with that. When i send them full SPAM source to their abuse@ e-mail, i get 3 long e-mails where one says (after wasting time studying it) in short that they will investigate. They waste my time, bandwidth and the disk space. They do not address my request to remove my private data after dealing with the spammer. This should be automated and i should be more in control (data removal and they deal with spamcop.net)

This type of website is often mislabeled as spam. They are a transactional email service - think of it as a developers MailChimp to create process orientated emails like payment confirmations.. They are entirely legitimate, but sometimes bad guys are able to create fake accounts and use the service. They are super anti-spammers using their service and have very strict policies for users.
