Improved with time and e-mail deliverability is fine. Former reputation of accepting spammer sticks... but easy to report and unsubscribe from spamming. Current policy of approving accounts seem to be an OK first step to regain reputation (hopefuly more restrictions to non opt-ins will follow).

Bulkmail service provider, owner of several domains used to deliver unsolicited email. The anti-spam policy on the website claims "SendinBlue and our clients strictly use opt-in mailing lists. We do not send any unsolicited mail ..." Having received unsolicited mail sent from domains apparently owned by SendinBlue, sent to addresses that have apparently been 'scraped' from WHOIS data, I believe that this claim is not true. Other commenters appear to agree.
