I don't know anything about the reliability of their service or their child safety practices. What I do know is that they're bot crawling whois information to find addresses to spam to. I know this because if it were a human the name wouldn't have been "pending", and the domain technical contact wouldn't have been the one we use only for registrars to avoid this situation specifically. They can't even say that they're purchasing addresses that they were told people opted into and were duped. They're out there opting people in involuntarily. If you ask me that is much worse. And no, there was nothing in the email that asked me if I'd like our email removed from future communications.
