The much hated SIlverPop (owners of mkt1394.com) spammed me again. They DO NOT TAKE SPAMCOP REPORTS!!!! Silverpop Systems. An email marketing company for websites like Shazam.com. I have never been spammed (that I know of) by them. If you are getting email from them you may have agreed to it in a user agreement from a website/service. Shazam.com, Blue Cross Blue Shield or Toys R Us for example.

All email marketing companies get negative ratings for the misdeeds of their clients. If you received spam that came from their server, it didn't come from Silverpop. It came from one of their clients. The mail templates all have appropriate opt-out features. They encourage clients to behave responsibly. Giving their website a negative score on WOT is silly. That is like blaming handgun manufacturers for every act of violence. Bad actors are going to find ways to use good tools badly. Silverpop does not have inappropriate content or malware on their site. Silverpop does not invade your privacy. Figure out who misused Silverpop and score down their site.
