My experience with this car rental website was subpar, primarily due to unclear pricing structures and unexpected fees that significantly increased the overall cost. Additionally, the customer service response to address these issues was slow and lacked the desired resolution, making it a less-than-satisfactory option for future rentals.

I hesitantly gave my email address when making a booking with this company, stating it was to be used for our one specific car hire contract only and not for anything else.. Within 3 days they were spamming my email with images of cars for hire because they had put my address on a marketing mailing list despite my saying I did not want this. I sent them an email asking for it to be removed and I was not given a reply (still waiting). Make sure you only give them an email address you are prepared to get rid of and not your personal one.  This is especially true if you are on holiday abroad and you are trying to pick up only genuine email with your limited data allowance (as happened in my case). The car hire was good however.,
