This is a poor excuse for a "skeptical" site. Skepticism relies on evidence, tools of science and logic. The research here is typically inadequate and sometimes misleading - there exists egregious examples of factual errors in many posts, some of which are nearly libelous. In terms of tone, it often contains mean and hateful opinion about others. The comments are unreadable. I don't see qualification of the writers to talk about scientific subjects they do. Be skeptical of anything on skepchick. It's turned into primarily a feminist site, and not even a good one of those.

Teen skepchick may be better for this aspect - too many controversial and unpleasant topics for young children? Not sure I'd like my kids to be exposed to MRAs / extreme sexism until they are old enough to understand it... Not sure I'm old enough to understand it!

Skepchick has a focus on women in skepticism and often deals with issues regarding sex, sexuality, sexism, and related topics and it does so in a wonderfully frank, open and honest manner. However, the site is not meant to be a Family-rated Disney movie and these many and varied discussions are possibly more than what some parents might want their children to be exposed to, along with the occasionally NSFW language accompanying those discussions.
