Security and business behaviour is unsatisfactory. I discontinued my subscription for a sms plan in advance to not to forget to cancel the subscription at the end of this year. Simply not auto renew my subscription was deleting the overall plan including all the payment I didn in advance. Furthermore, no SSL Encryption for Logon or Message transfer! I informed the support but simply answer - thats not implemented. So, your credentials and messages are transferred in plain text over the web. Nowadays for a payed service this should be a no-go!

Man bekommt Nachrichten von angeblichen Singles, die jemanden über einen Link auf eine externe Seite zum SMS-Chat überreden wollen. Kosten pro SMS: ca. 2 Euro - Dass man keine Möglichkeit hat, den User zu melden, finde ich schlecht. Aber noch viel schlimmer ist, dass viele Jugendliche auf den Trick hereinfallen und ihnen dadurch extrem hohe Kosten entstehen.
