Apparently this company provides a useful file-level backup product. Unfortunately, it also spams webmasters regularly.

"Never" and "Fixed" are contradictory. In any case, I will take you at your word and remove my rating, but this comment will remain. Please understand two points:
1. I only opt out if I intentionally opted in.
2. You do not know my email address.

FRAUD, the use : ***** through ***** to try and hide their involvement in spamming.

How can you trust a company that steal email addresses and then spam them, with personal information from you computer ?

They steal email addresses and the send unsolicited commercial spam email.

I started receiving emails from this company without requesting them. On separate occasions I replied with a polite "Thank you for your message but I am not interested." however the messages keep coming from different representatives. No unsubscribe link on the emails either.
I can't vouch a good or bad rating for their product, but the unsolicited spam is very annoying.

This site has repeatedly sent me spam for products and services I did not request and do not use.

I logged on and gave SOS my credit card #. I got a message that their website was busy and they could not respond to my order but they did try to charge my card. The charge was denied and I never have heard from SOS. I will use another backup service.
