There is basically no customer service. There is a live person area which is just show, they do not man it. They have a service guy named Brandon Wallace and he answers problems many days after you purchase. He is as lazy as he is incompetent in solving any download problems with their software. If you have anti- virus software expect problems and a guy who will get to your problems at a snails pace and he'll fail in helping you. I also bought the program before when they had a better customer service person. A closet operation. Obviously going down hill... stay away!

This is the site for Soundspectrum's three media player visualisation packages: G-Force, Softskies and Whitecap, they're available for a range of media players and Whitecap's even featured on Microsoft's WMP visualisations list. I personally got trial versions of Whitecap and Softskies, the downloads are safe and this is a very trustworthy site.

I have had G-Force (SoundSpectrum.com) plug-in for WMP for about three years. I could not listen to music with ought this plug-in when I want to relax at the PC.I also , have installed it on my Mom's PC and she is always amazed when this thing starts.
