Good and fair service. I had a problem the first time I bought a card. They were diligent in their follow-up and in the end I realized that the basis of the problem was a misunderstanding on my part, not theirs. Their card was good as advertised and unless there is a radical change for the worse, speedypin is the site I'll use in the future. BTW they both called me personally and emailed me to resolve my problem and did it fairly quickly. This was a lot of service for a $20 card, which speaks well of them.

I have used many phone cards, which I have purchased online from many different companies. I know SpeedyPin's rate to call Philippines is 8.3¢ per minute right now. Some sites have a lower rate, but that is only until you use the other cards to find that the fees like maintenance and connection and long talk and such make the rate more like 10¢ per minute or even higher. I have learned and I hope to help others that you have to figure what the other fees would equal and add that to the rate they are advertising to get what the real cost is. I also think they are the only company that offers a guarantee on their cards. I give SpeedyPin a good rating because they have been good to me. And like I said before, I hope this can help others.

I use them frequently. I use the JustCall card. The per minute is a little more than the cheapest, but there are no per-call fees, which turns out to be the cheapest option for me. I've been using my credit card with them for a couple years and have never had a problem, but in retrospect, it's probably better to use pay-pal.
