Do not trust this programme at all! Very Bad communication but more importantly its Updates had Virus's in them according to my G Data Anti-virus prog. Caused me no end of trouble. I communicated with them many times & advised them that I had found a Virus in their Updates twice. There response was pathetic. I kept sending further comments but in the end this is what they told me to do. "Speak to someone Live or ALLOW US TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR PC TO CHECK IT OUT"! Of course I would not allow this! I have now unistalled the programme and are at least thankful that I did not allow them to take over my PC remotely. Stay away from this prog. at your peril!!
