Site does give useful information to remove unwanted malware but downloads do contain malware themselves.I'd rather avoid.

I discovered www.spywares-remove.com while looking for information about the conficker. these guys take computer security seriously. you can only download single antispyware tool but there are plenty of manual removal instructions.
