sslrelay.comは安全ですか？

Ordered an item and payed extra for it to be delivered fast. It has been a whole weeks and it hasn't arrive. They ask you to email them, but i emailed them last week and haven't had a response yet. On the other hand, the phone staff are very friendly, and the site can be trusted, however i will not be shopping from it again due to the very poor customer service.
