I have no doubts that Quality Management System ISO 9001 has turned our business around. Whilst always happy to offer refunds or replacements, it was costing us a fortune. Now, thanks to our new Quality Management System, we are getting it right first time, and profit is increasing. Anyone who doubts the power of ISO systems should talk to Standard Consulting!
