awful company. they can't even make nice coffee. it all has a 'starbucks taste' which is just sickly sweet. i can see why america has an obesity problem if the most popular coffee chain is pumping everyone full of sugar and artificial sweeteners and fat. i thought i hated starbucks as much as i could, but when they announced their 'names on cups' customer service development my opinion of the brand reached a new low. trying to make starbucks like an independent coffee shop through asking your customers for their names? the amounts of tweets i've seen where they've got it wrong (they don't employ the smartest) and just the fact that i don't WANT to tell you my bloody name. fortunately this does not affect me as i avoid starbucks like the plague
