starz.comは安全ですか？

I have Starz package on my Cable service. I installed the app on my Roku television and it worked fine a few days. Then stopped. I called support and they really didn't try to fix mine but suggested that I buy the subscription from them and get all the locked movies open.. Only 8.99 why not. So I did sign up for it again directly from them and the app worked again with a "7 day FREE TRIAL!". A week later it stops working and I get a message saying "First a moment of business. Please update your payment information." I call support and they direct me to the website and walk me through the process. When she says to enter my card info again I say I don't want to be billed twice and she responds don't worry. Needless to say when I get my card statement I see I was indeed double billed. That makes it I am paying for Starz 3 x for one account. I call and after getting no satisfaction I'm told Starz gives no refunds. I repeat I don't need a refund . Please just credit the payments to the same account and we're good. She says . " Starz gives no refunds and NO Credits. I ask to speak to the supervisor and after explaining the whole scenario over she repeats " Starz gives No Refunds and No Credits. I ask her how often this happens and she hems and haws. I guess that then maybe they do it 10 or 15 thousand times a day. She doesn't respond other to say she is sorry. Bottom line is I believe Starz does this as a matter of practice. Don't ever sign up twice let alone 3 times . Better to just get the package from your carrier and forget it. Or better yet don't . Netflix is a much better idea imho.
