Under various aliases, this company offers useless extended vehicle warranties via postal junk-mail with no physical address, pretending and/or threatening that you are already a customer who has failed to update your contract. The year, make, and model of your vehicle are scavenged from unsecured dealer or government sites to embellish the deception.
Risks: more junk-mail, credit card fraud, identity theft.

On ***** called to get pricing on a 10 year old BMW for enhanced protection coverage. Initially given a price for 5 years for a total of $3194 and $295.00 down. When I did not jump, they reduced to $2624.00 and $195.00 down, and finally they reduced to $2500. All high pressure sales tactics and the 5 year total reduced by almost $700 within 5-6 minutes on phone. Additionally, checked with BBB and there are 394 complaints against the company. What a SCAM!
Called for an elderly friend but they didn't like talking indirectly. Gave price for best package that had to be accepted before end of call. Definite pressure technique. Wouldn't discuss cheaper plans with me. My gut tells me this is not a good company to do business with. There plan was 4yr/ 48,000 miles. Just under $4000 with a 20% off if I buy NOW. Therefore, if you think about it and call back it would be $5000. It does cover a lot but if you put the $4000 in a car account you can pay yourself or use it as a down payment if the car is better off replaced.
