Payed for Pro almost a week ago and nothing changed on my account. I've also sent multiple "feedbacks" and emails; none of which have been responded to. I appreciate the "coolness" of the free service, but they've essentially stolen my subscription fee. *** UPDATE *** Apparently they were having bad issues after a server transfer. This is what delayed the processing of my order. I have since received my Pro account and they even said they would revert my payment for the problem. I'd say all is well. Nothing but good things to say about the product, so I think that's all that's important at this point.
