Bullshit 'torrent' site that references other sites' torrents, tries to direct you to paid links, and I wouldn't even be trying it if I wasn't trying to correct a censorship issue with the game I bought retail.

They run fraudulent ads that produce fake search results for any subject that then link the unsuspecting user to a fraud/scam/phishing website that steals credit card data. While they may have some legitimate search function, I find it hard to trust any website that puts up phishing scam ads.
