Arrived just as described, including an Armani shopping bag. Very friendly staff. Would buy my next frames from them.

My glasses were back ordered on a couple of other sites but Sunsvision had them in stock making it worth the slightly higher price. We were not sure if the glasses would arrive before I left for vacation and they were very accommodating and changed the shipping address to my hotel.

Made authorized payment from paypal.
E-mailed 3 times with no response. Called and call was forwarded by Grasshopper to automated voice mail. Had to call Paypal to stop the Authorization.
This company has a nice web site but does not respond to customers. I did not want to take any chances. Waited 2 1/2 weeks still no response.
