Отличный сайт. Если товар есть в наличии, то он действительно есть. Собирают посылку быстро. Упаковывают мелочь в одну плотную картонную коробку. Обычно заказываю в одну посылку по 5-10 вещей, и всегда приходит полный комплект. Всегда платил через webmoney, никаких проблем не было. Доверяю этому магазину на 100%.

I ordered an item in Feb 2012, over the next 3 months I was told that stock had been lost, then that stock had arrived but was faulty, then that it was lost on the way to me. Every request for a refund was met with another polite but mindless message telling me that the order was “probably delayed in the post”. After complaining to my credit card company they finally agreed to a refund but actually refunded less than my original payment. This company are an incompetent bunch of criminals. Do not order from them.

I have only good things to say about them. And no, I have not been bribed.I have bought several items off them and they gave me a free gift, because of my steady service. Fast forward few months and after repeated buying (and having the great quality items) and the post failed and the item was lost, I told suntek and they actually sent me 2 free items to compensate! Great store in my eyes.

Заказ был маленький, пробный, и тот пришел некомплектный. Приятельница получила 1 заказ из двух, заказа на 200 евро нет второй месяц. В рейтинге ***** выставила оценку 3, так они прислали просьбу - поставьте нам оценку лучше, мы вам дадим наших баллов. Фигли, я поставлю им отлично, а народ попадет на деньги. >:-(((

Paiement prélevé par paypal mais le site m'a annulé ma commande. après 10 mails aucune réponse. Lancement d'un litige paypal qui se termine enfin avec accord. Celui ci n'est pas tenu. de nouveau 10 mails de demande et 5 "Live Chat" et toujours rien .... je ne sais plus quoi faire !

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: I bought a USB cable, to connect my phone to my PC. It came with a CD to load the driver for the cable. The CD was not compatible with my O.P. "Windows XP". During several letters to the customer service personnel, they never once understood the problem. Their understanding and command of the English language is worse than terrible! The cost of shipping was several times the cost of the product. When I got fed up with their poor understanding of the problem (clear English, I, All I needed was a software "driver" for the cable), I asked them to send me a return package. They responded that I had to pay for shipping it (again) back to them, and they would not refund my shipping charge. I had already downloaded the software needed for the phone, from the phone manufacturer. And they kept asking me to contact that same company for the software I had already downloaded, even after spending 1/2 hour, on the phone with them (Nokia), and making sure that I had the right software. Nokia told me that I needed to contact the sales company, Suntekstore.com, I trust Nokia. I recommend never dealing with this company! If there is a problem, they can not speak English!
