staff and tech support answer the forum like robot and there is no humanity in how they treath customer. almost like cattles.when a customer say something, the very first asumption a staf make is that everything is the fault of the customer everytime. and even when you are extremely polite with them, they keep getting off track and loosing atention, most of the time, being fundamentaly unnable to deliver customer service.

Nie wieder! Bin durch Computerbild auf AVG Tune Up aufmerksam geworden und die Testzeit war es Okay. programm ist ähnlich wie CCLeaner. obwohl ich mich angemeldet habe und eine Seriennummer bekommen hatte wurde das Programm nie eien Vollversion. Schon mal ein Minus Punkt. Aber das richtig miese ist das es sich nicht mehr deinstallieren lässt. Trotz AVg Remover wurde ich es nicht mehr los. Erst mit dem CCleaner wurde ich es zum glück wieder los. Ich rate von dem Programm ab und emphele CCleaner!
