hard sell on their predatory lending, 404 error messages, and site won't let me push the "no thanks" button to continue past their spruce financial service. I've already paid for the tax prep and can't use it because I am trying to say "No Thanks". Literally wasting a whole afternoon here.

The software didnt calculate my dependant in my return. and wouldnt even find me eligable for earned income credit. on top of all it only gave $300 for not receiving the stimulus check last year. after figure out that the refund amount was way off I tried to get it fixed and all the "tax specialists" in a few different locations all acted dumb and wanted me to pay for the error. i filed with ***** and got 4x the amount (the correct amount) i will never use H&R Block again, and I've used them ever since I've been filing for taxes. p.s. turbo tax offers $600 for those that didnt get the economic stimulus check.
