techforless.comは安全ですか？

Had purchased a tablet from them one day. next day in email I get a 15% off coupon. They did honor it which was nice of them. So I ordered a refurbished laptop. There is a reason it was refurbished. it was GARBAGE to begin with. Windows 8 on a 1ghz processor. If that wasn't bad enough, it had wifi, and the best speed I was able to achieve was < 3mbps, even on my 50MBPS home connection. They excuse they gave me? 'This unit has a 1 GHz dual core processor. That being said, it is not going to run as fast. The wifi card in the unit is supposed to be the speed it is currently going.' the processor has absolutely ZERO to do with the wifi download speeds. I'll try selling at a 50% loss... and buy from a more reputable company. Tech for Less will get no more of my business.
